I work with adults (18+) and offer individual counselling and coaching sessions.
If you require couples or family counselling, I may be able to point you in the direction of more appropriate services.
I work with people online. My office is located in the Bridgnorth area, although the benefit or working online means that location isn't a barrier.

We will meet in a welcoming and safe space where you can talk confidentially. During the first session, we will discuss your needs, goals, as well as the client agreement. It is also an opportunity for you to ask further questions about the process.
During subsequent sessions, we may explore things like:
✓ Thoughts
✓ Feelings and emotions
✓ Patterns of behaviour
✓ Situations you are struggling with
✓ Relationships
✓ Life events.
Through our work, you’ll have access to a range of support, information and resources. Our sessions will involve talking therapy and may also include working with other tools where appropriate, for example; writing, art, worksheets, practical tasks, mindfulness or breathing techniques.
Take a look below to see what previous clients have said about working with me.
If you aren't sure what you need or would like to book an appointment, please contact me.

As a result of the pandemic, we have adapted to interacting in more flexible ways for counselling.
I’m pleased to be able to offer individual counselling and coaching online, as well as some additional options for those who are currently impacted financially (limited spaces).
All sessions take place in a safe and confidential online space, where you will be greeted in a warm, empathetic and non-judgmental virtual room.
This online space makes therapy easily accessible wherever you are based. Local clients tend to find me from the following areas:
✓ Bewdley
✓ Stourbridge
✓ Kidderminster
✓ Telford
✓ Much Wenlock
✓ Highley
✓ Claverley
✓ Cleobury North
✓ Kinver
✓ Worfield
However, I also have clients further afield from London, Birmingham and other Midlands counties.
Low-cost counselling options include NHS talking therapy (via a GP referral) or local charities. Some private practices also offer low-cost options (including myself), so it’s helpful to discuss your needs and explore options.
If you are looking to find out more about counselling in general, research different types of therapy or look for other counsellors in your area, please take a look at the BACP webpage.
